Nadia Litovskaya is the Founder and President of CORE Asset Solutions LLC. After 15+ years of serving the housing industry, Nadia chose to create her own pathway, vision and mission in order to fill in the gaps affordable industry real estate owners and developers face on a daily basis with their Asset Management, Compliance, and Project Management needs.

In her career, Nadia managed over $1B+ in assets. Nadia successfully supported the organizations she worked for by monitoring various levels of compliance, overseeing multiple lease-ups, maximizing revenue/subsidy contracts and property cashflows. Nadia’s experience spans LIHTC, affordable, market rate, and commercial real estate industries with both non-profit and for-profit owners and developers, which allows her to wear many hats when providing strategic solutions.

Nadia’s inspiration to serve the affordable housing industry comes from her years of living in affordable housing with her family, which drove her to choose to help and serve those in greatest need. Her understanding of housing standards and services that are required to sustain a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally, help drive her in her decisions and choose organizations whose missions align with CASL’s vision and mission.

Nadia received her Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Cal State University of Northridge, CA and holds an active Real Estate Broker license and a compliance designation NPCC from Novogradac.
